Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products and instant-access materials, all sales are considered final once files or access have been delivered to the purchaser.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense — once a file is downloaded or access is granted, the product has been received. Exceptions may apply where otherwise required by applicable law.
Consulting Services
Refund requests, cancellations, or rescheduling related to consulting engagements may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a consulting service, please reach out directly and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
